Founder and Principal Consultant
Ashfak is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive construction, commercial and contract experience across Sri Lanka and the Middle East. His professional background includes marine and infrastructure works, residential developments, mixed-use projects and major programmes. He combines quantity surveying practice with postgraduate construction-law education and professional membership of RICS and CIArb.
